After breakfast the morning we arrived in Cabanaconde and figuring out a route we started hiking around 8am. The town was located around the half way down the Canyon and our destination was the bottom near the River in a small and less touristy part of the lower Canyon. I’m back! My first full day in Arequipa I found someone to hike the Canyon with so we went around town getting snacks, booking the bus and checking out the city.
