Sunday seems so long ago now, but i thought i would tell you how the day went.. it was AWESOME. turns out that it will be the only day i ever get to sleep in.. we had a really relaxing day which was nice.. Michelle and I did our laundry again. Later in the day the family asked us what we wanted for dinner and what our favourites were so far which was awesome! But then they asked if we would make a “canadian meal” for them sometime.. what the heck is a canadian meal?!!? any suggestions would be great.. keep in mind that we will not make meat ( we told them we were vegetarian) and that we have limited resources.. as in no oven, only a bed of coals with the option of putting a pot on top.. hopefully they have a frying pan too?? We were thinking mashed potatos, carrots, maybe a stir fry? I’m and really excited to make them something once we figure out what is possible!
