It was quite neat being in the fabric shop, even for me!! I don&#039;t actually know about any associated status/background with the material. I think what differs most in the colour/design is just style depending on where you live. Some places have brighter colours or wear the saree slightly differently. But I will have to ask your question because now I am curious!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Hey Katie - a fabric shop - now you really have my interest peaked :) - being a very tactile person, I walk through every fabric shop touching the bolts of material - needless to say, if I like the feel, I buy a metre (yup whether I need it or not) - I&#039;ll bet the cotton &#038; silk is just beautiful and an amazing choice of colour - are the colours important to status/background, etc. when purchasing saree material?
